Dr. Hugh V. McKnight completed his BS and MS degrees in engineering. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from LSU School of Dentistry in 1978. He is licensed In Mississippi and Louisiana. He was a clinical assistant Professor at LSU School of Dentistry for 26 years. He is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, and a Fellow in the International College of Dentists.
Dr. McKnight stays up-to-date with the latest advances in dentistry through his active participation in many continuing education courses and seminars. He belongs to several professional organizations such as the American Dental Association, the National Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and is very active in his church.
Dr. McKnight and his staff form a team of dedicated dental professionals. In addition to their extensive training, each member was chosen for his/ her attitude of excellence toward patient care. We strive to make your dental visits as positive and pleasant as possible.
