Southern students and members of the surrounding community will gather in the Smith-Brown Memorial Union courtyard at 4:30 p.m. The march will begin at 5 p.m. It will proceed down E.C. Harrison Drive and end at the Southern Law Center.
“We are trying to bring community awareness and outreach as well as a message to stop the violence in Baton Rouge,” said Willie McCorkle, president of the Student Government Association.
