Funeral Services Friday for former SU alumni director | People

Funeral services will be held Friday, Oct. 5 for longtime Southern University Alumni Federation Director Donald C.  Wade.

Wade passed away Sept. 27. He served as director and national alumni president for more than 30 years.

Visitation is from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Mount Pilgram Baptist Church Family Life Center, 9700 Scenic Highway, in Baton Rouge. The funeral starts at 11 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting contributions be made to the Donald C. Wade Scholarship Fund.
