"Go Red for Women"

More than 800 people attended the Capital Area "Go Red for Women" luncheon on Thursday, Feb. 9 at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Baton Rouge. 

A sea of ladies in red and a few gentlemen too came out to support the fight against heart disease which is the number one killer of women.

The luncheon featured testimonials from survivors, a fabulous fashion show, and special guests from Southern University's marching band playing Mardi Gras music and doing the Second Line.
